The Flow Finds a Way offers simple, quick daily messages of support, inspiration and guidance that encourage each of us to cultivate a deeper connection to a spiritual presence of our own understanding.

It is for spiritual seekers at any stage in their path and for those who wish to feel, know and connect with the Sacred Presence and guidance in every aspect of life. The messages, which have “come through” during meditation and Spirit writing (aka, automatic writing), serve to deepen one’s faith, trust, and relationship to the Sacred, to others, and to healing.

Although we are “in Spirit” always and everywhere, we can choose to find ways to tune in, listen, and hear this ever-present guidance and support.

This book is a guide—a blueprint—for spiritual development and healing. First, dive into Stillness to immerse in quiet, subtle guidance. Then learn to surrender individual will and ego to trust this Universal guidance. Develop a deep, spiritual relationship of your own understanding with the Sacred Presence, the guides, and the Flow. Next, deepen your understanding of yourself with respect to Spirit and as an embodied spiritual being. Then, develop a deeper understanding of others as spiritual beings on their own path. Heal what is unresolved, hurting, and wounded. Dive into the darkness and pain to learn to meet, cope with, learn from, and transmute it. Then expand into the Light, Love, and bliss at the Source of All.

Be yourself passage from Flow

From the introduction:

I know that the world needs your version of the Light. I pray that we may heal ourselves by focusing on the Light and bringing it out. I know that when we heal ourselves, we contribute to healing others. It is my wish that this book, a gift from Spirit, supports each of us in “tapping in” regularly (and until it becomes always).

May we heal with as little suffering as possible.

May we be restored to the Light and Source.

May the Light expand.

There is so much suffering, so much pain, so much to grieve and mourn. And yet, we also live in an amazingly beautiful world, with amazing, mysterious lives. I pray that I (and you) may live in awe and amazement every day, knowing that there is pain, and yet, in the pain, there is joy and beauty and truth. Pain does seem to serve a purpose: it points us in the right direction. When I have cried out in pain and asked God/Spirit/Source not to forsake me, I have heard, “I cannot, my child. I am everywhere always, in you and around you. There is nowhere you can go that I will not be.” I have asked for help, and been told, “I know, sweet child. I am with you.”

From the preface:

This book and the chapters in this order are a guide in and of themselves. Nonetheless, as with our lives and the Universe, this is not a linear journey, but rather a gyroscopic path that may flow this way, then that, return on itself, spiral back around, and reference another place and time (within or outside of ourselves)... However it flows, this journey takes us into Stillness to rediscover and reclaim (our forgotten or damaged, inner and outer) guidance and Trust, to support our encounters of the Sacred Presence as It is, in oneself and in others, to heal our wounds and separation (from Spirit, oneself, and each other), to witness and cope with our suffering, to
move us back to hope, wholeness, Love, and Light, and, ultimately, to feel and merge with the Great Aaahhhh…

Citrinī N. Devi, PhD, E-RYT(500), C-IAYT, CCTP-II

Citrinī (pronounced Chi-tree-nee Day-vee, pronouns: she/her) is a healer (psychologist, yoga therapist, energy healer) and has taught yoga, pranayama and meditation nationally and internationally for over 20 years. She is the founder and owner of Mind-Body Services and TriYoga hOMe Philadelphia, which houses her practice and yoga studio. She has long had interests in spirituality, psychology and health (mind, body, and beyond). Beginning in childhood, she explored spiritual and religious practices bridging different faith and philosophical traditions, seeking a deep and personal connection to the Sacred. She grew up in a Christian household in a (spiritually and otherwise) diverse community. As a child, she regularly prayed, meditated and “sought God” in various ways. She taught her first “student,” a new friend, to meditate while they were both in high school. In college, she majored in Psychobiology and Religion, studying the major world religions, and spent a semester abroad in India in an intensive didactic- and practice-oriented Buddhist Studies Program (e.g., with meditation 2-3 hours/day for 4 months, in addition to classes). Citrini’s long-standing interests in the connections between mind-body-spirit, the promotion of well-being, stress-related concerns, alternative and complementary approaches to healing, and spirituality, religion and transformative personal practices led her to become a psychologist, a certified yoga therapist (with IAYT) and a registered yoga instructor, certified through Kali Ray TriYoga® in four levels of asana practices, as well as four levels of Prana Vidya practices (pranayama/breathing, dharana/concentration, and dhyana/meditation practices), a Reiki Master, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. In addition to her professional interests, she has cultivated personal and communal spiritual practices that connect her to Spirit. Citrini is passionate about supporting others in finding their path to healing and to a spiritual connection of their own understanding. Her first name, Citrinī, means “bright" in Sanskrit.
